There was something for everyone to excel in. We will now think more in terms of whole school projects, perhaps more ambitious than before.

Schools

Applications are invited from schools across Oxfordshire. We positively encourage applications from schools in less affluent areas and with a rich ethnic mix. We are clearly weighted in favour of schools who do not have specialist art teaching and where the whole school community will gain from the project.

If you would like help in putting a proposal together, please contact us on info@kidsatart.

Artists

We maintain a large database of artists including those involved in h. If you would like to be considered for a residency, please send your CV highlighting your experience of working with children as well as images of your work to info@kidsatart.

Ensuring success

To maintain high standards we evaluate every residency by requesting evidence from the headteacher and the artist. The board continually reviews and revises the residency criteria to ensure high standards of performance and results.

Timetable

  • Mid-December: Kids@Art Board Assignment meeting
